bleeding tank / gas pump

This image has been showing up here and there in the form of printed stickers. It also appears as part of a stencil aggregate in a previous post on MEMEstreets, “in charge“.

I’ve heard that the graphic concept of the bleeding tank actually comes from Banksy, but I’ve not seen confirmation of this.
