garbage bag rocker

Exceeding my mandate here – this obviously doesn’t qualify as graffiti – but it’s so cool I couldn’t resist. This is a rocking chair made out of garbage bags, found in the window of an artist’s storefront studio a few blocks away.
I wonder if the framework is made of cardboard tubes…
