This is one of the oldest stencils in the neighborhood – I don’t think it dates back to the First Oil War, but it definitely has been around since the beginning of the Second. Will we manage to say NO to the Third?

I seem to recall that the bomber here was originally dropping bombs, but they don’t seem to have been successfully transferred in this particular stencil. Could they have been removed? Either that, or they’ve just faded away…
